This story hits at exactly what I was getting at in the comments section of my last post. Now that the police are holding the Bikes Against Bush guy the RNC doesn't have to worry about him. Forget the fact that he is being held without cause and without being charged, we'll just deal with that problem in court... well after the convention is over.
Its an assault on free speech and it is a complete misuse of the justice system for political gain.
